STOLEN white 99 Subaru Forester

N Haight Ave near N Failing, Portland OR

My 99 Subaru Forester was stolen from in front of my apartment sometime between Monday night 4/12 and Tuesday morning 4/13 on N Haight Ave near Unthank park in NE Portland. -Washington plates starting with 394*** -The lock was picked and left behind, most likely drivers side door. -Lots of stickers on the back (but easy to remove) -Black Yakima cargo box on top -If seen at night the left headlight is out (right hand side if you're looking at the car from the front). If cargo box, plates, and magnets are removed the biggest "tell" is a patch of CHIPPED PAINT on the RIGHT SIDE of the LEFT TAIL LIGHT. Any information is greatly appreciated, thank you.
