Figley Landscaping and NGI Elite Construction is hiring a mowing crew, mowing crew leader, deck builders landscape and hardscape laborers and a machine operator. Must be punctual, detail oriented and have a good attitude. Crew leaders are required to have a valid DL and a smart phone. Leaders must be able to lead and give clear direction. You will be driving a company truck and hauling a trailer daily, prior experience in doing so is also required. Crew members must be able to follow direction and know how to use walk behinds, blowers, standers, push mowers, weed wackers and backpack blowers. Machine operators must know how to use a lazer level, know how to grade, how to use a mini excavator and skid steer with PRIOR experience. Deck Builders must have verifiable experience. Good references are a plus! Responsibilities include Getting your trailer and crew set up and ready to pull out of the shop by 8am every morning. Making sure your crew is clocked in and out through the LMN app Documenting all work preformed in the LMN app Unloading your trailer at the end of the day Report any issues/broken equipment to the supervisor.
