City Wide Facility Solutions is a building management & solutions company in the building maintenance industry looking to work with exceptional janitorial and/or commercial cleaning companies. City Wide works with new commercial customers every day. Our customers look to us to provide general janitorial cleaning as well as opportunities for lawn care, floor care (both carpet and hard floor), window washing, parking lot maintenance, and numerous other services. We are seeking reliable, experienced janitorial and commercial cleaning contractors for these buildings. We handle the bidding and collections from the customer for you. You are guaranteed payment on the 10th of every month as long as you have performed the service for the client. What makes a great contractor for our company? 1. Ability to hire experienced, reliable cleaners/employees; 2. Strong communication skills and ability to return phone calls quickly (texting is also acceptable); 3. Understanding the importance of final inspections in our accounts; 4. Swift resolution of complaints and training employees to avoid repeat complaints; 5.
