Position Profile
Provides quality maintenance of HOV facilities, furnishings and equipment and helps to ensure safe, efficient and welcoming physical environments.
Responsibilities
Provides quality facility and equipment maintenance.
Assures environmental safety.
Assures appropriate allocation of expenditures.
Maintains and enhances professional skills.
Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Minimum three years of progressive experience in a maintenance field.
Training Requirements: OSHA, building, life safety and fire codes.
Working knowledge of building construction, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Familiar with OSHA regulations and building, life safety and fire codes.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare background preferred.
