Day Porter We are looking for motivated individuals with positive attitudes to join our maintenance team.Our team performs any combination of cleaning duties to maintain an the outsiden of an hospital Requirements: Applicant should have general knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance and cleaning. Position requires manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and the ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform job duties. Applicant must be able to work a flexible shift, weekends, and holidays. Tasks Clean corridors, elevators, stairways, and other areas Empty trash, recyclable receptacles and ashtrays Transport other trash and waste to disposaL Parking lot detail Operates machinery and equipment as needed Must handle various cleaning solvents and chemical Other tasks as assigned Work Environment: Exposed to outdoor environment with excessive temperatures, physical labor, and standing for long periods of time. Pay rate negotiable depending on experience Work weekends If chosen, you will be required to pass a background check. If chosen, you will be required to pass E-Verify.
