Maintenance Technician full time- available to start immediately for this apartment complex. Stay on property- no working at other locations. Candidate must have at least 5 years or more of property maintenance experience. Successful candidate must be experienced and knowledgeable in the following, but not limited to : plumbing, electric, drywall, painting, and flooring,. (HVAC a plus but not required). Must have a reliable vehicle, have your own tools, good work ethic and team player. Weekly payroll, paid time off after probation, travel reimbursement. Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
