Job Posting for Apartment Remodel/ Punch Out Technician - Position: Apartment Remodel/ Punch Out Technician; $15-$25 per hour depending on experience. - At Heritage Hill we own and operate multifamily residential property communities. Highly successful and growing rapidly, we are seeking a full-time Apartment Remodel/ Punch out individual to work on the North side of Columbus. They will perform unit prep work on the front end so that units can be handed over to our construction company to complete major renovations (flooring, cabinets etc.). This individual will also punch units out on the back side once units have exited renovation. Self-motivating and attention to detail is a must. This position will be part of our final quality control team to deliver move in ready apartment units to our onsite leasing staff. Construction or maintenance background required, this position will involve installing quarter round as required, plumbing fixtures, electric and other misc. construction tasks.
