Our established home exterior company in Newtown, PA is growing and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. Review and evaluate cost estimates – analyze labor, materials, and time requirements for a project Prepare estimates for commercial and residential properties Ensure timely completion of estimates Understand scope of work to bid Prepare cost analysis Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors Understanding of building codes 5-10 years’ experience with estimating in the construction field Able to multitask and meet deadlines Ability to work well on a team Skills: Strong math skills Strong understanding of construction processes Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Good interpersonal skills and communications skills Detail oriented Job Type: Full-time Valid drivers license required
