DePaul Management, a premier Property Management firm, is currently hiring for an experienced exceptional Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lansdale, PA Maintenance work includes preventive maintenance and routine repairs (including vacant unit turns), heating and cooling, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems. Maintenance Technicians will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and site administrative staff to schedule routine operational maintenance requirements of the property. Requirements: - Highly skilled in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical and apartment make readies. - The ability to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis - Experience in home remodeling/improvement - Team oriented and flexible in job responsibilities - Have their own tools & valid driver’s license - Have the ability to learn on the job and apply knowledge in a fast paced environment. - Ability to trouble-shoot complex problems and operate as an individual - Prior experience in apartment complex setting preferred.
