DePaul Management currently has a full time opening for the position of Maintenance Technician at Blair Mill Village Apartments in Horsham, PA. The Maintenance Technician will perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. The Maintenance Technician handles repairs and improvements of vacant and occupied apartments. This is a team oriented position. This position requires:  Technical experience in construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems and their maintenance and repair.  Proven customer service expertise.  Ability to move heavy items, including appliances, equipment and machinery  Proven knowledge of applicable codes, laws and regulations  Knowledge of the Fair Housing regulations  Must have Valid Driver’s License *** OPEN TO RECENT TRADE SCHOOL GRADUATES, for entry level openings*** This position requires on-call duties, candidates must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays on rotation.
