AirMaid is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team! We are a company that specializes in cleaning short term rentals (airbnb, vrbo, etc.) throughout the entire Kansas City Metro area. The properties range from small one bedroom apartments to large vacation homes! Each provides convenient access to the many activities and destinations available for guests traveling to our great city! Responsibilities: Responsible for basic cleaning (indoor and outdoor.) Bed making, dishes, trash removal, floors, dusting, kitchens, bathrooms, restocking of items, laundry transport, organization, etc. Deep cleanings when assigned Follow cleaning systems on smart phone or tablet precisely Report to and follow team leader directions daily regarding each cleaning Additional tasks as assigned Hours: 10 to 30 hours per week Cleaning occurs 7 days per week as guests check out 10am to 4pm (some evenings) Competitive hourly wage Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong problem solving ability Highly responsible and reliable Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Previous cleaning experience a plus but will train the right person Valid Drivers License Reliable vehicle Must be able to work in the United States Familiarity with Smart Phone/Tablet
