Help unloading a light desk and carrying into a residence

Im a long distance courier and I need to deliver a desk into a residence. The desk is approximately 80lbs, very light and not big. This would be Saturday between approximately 1pm to 3pm. Can provide more detailed ETA on Saturday or if you need to commit to a time I can make that happen. No stairs, all 1st floor. Very quick and simple job. The residence is in Tanque Verde. I'm willing to pay $30 and the actual work time is likely less than 15 minutes but I understand the driving time for someone could be a lot more depending on where you live.
