Small dog friend needed.

I have a 5 year old chihuahua that has grown up around other dogs, but when came to live with me she became the only dog. Now all she does is lay around and sleep and just act down. She does play with my two cats at times, but I would really love to find her a another pup friend that would get her active and happy again. MUST be good with cats, kids, and dogs (of course lol). I am disabled and cannot afford rehoming fees over certain amounts, so please be reasonable or FREE. This is GOOD home, my animals are well taken care of. They get grain free food, have lots of toys and freedom in my home. In fact all 3 of my animals have some sort of special needs. The chihuahua has down syndrome, my Maine Coon has dwarfism, and I have an elderly cat that has feline dementia and actually knows basic sign language (she was raised with a deaf owner for years).
