Experienced Crew Leader desired for Lawn Maintenance Crew. This is a year round position with snow removal in the winter. EXPERIENCED, MOTIVATED and RELIABLE individual to supervise a Lawn Care/Landscape Maintenance Crew for our commercial communities. Our company values quality and detailed work and are looking for that individual that is self motivated and takes pride in doing a quality job and enjoys working outdoors. MUST HAVES: *Must have a clean driving record and a valid drivers license. *Previous lawn care experience is required. *Must have attention to detail, quality control, follow-up skills and dependability. *Must have positive attitude, professionalism and people skills. *Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2 years lawn mowing with Commercial grade mowers (riders, zero turn, standing and walk behind) 2 years string trimming and edging. 2 years gas powered hedge trimmers. Must be able to identify between the difference between weeds, ornamental grasses, perennials, shrubs and trees. Must be comfortable pulling a 18' trailer with lawn equipment.
