Lilac siamese for rehome

Due to no fault of her own we're having to rehome our cat Lucy. She's a lilac siamese, is just about a year old, fully vetted, dewormed, and spayed, I have paperwork. She is the best cat and it hurts us to have to rehome her she's part of our family but sadly we have to move and they won't allow us to have her there. She's great with our two toddler's she has a great personality and is cuddly and sweet but has a sassy side like all cat's. She definitely takes to a female, she's my best buddy and follows me around like a dog. I will not let her go to just anyone and would prefer her to go to a female, there is a rehoming fee to assure she goes to a home that is capable and willing to spend money on her. I have everything for her and would like it all to go with her so she feels comfortable, including a homemade cat shelf that she adores.
