We have a short-term rental business. We just need somebody to do odds and ends and different tasks and have the ability to get to these properties quickly and do what needs to be done, and then occasionally I need you to help us go set up a property where we work all day. This is not a full-time job. We need someone who can be on call when guests are having issues in the listing. We require someone who has his own tools and transportation.
