Description

The Facility Maintenance Associate is responsible for execution of recurring and assigned tasks pertaining to facility and site maintenance; following policies and procedures; ensuring safety, equipment functionality, site cleanliness and the protection of company assets; and ensuring compliance with local, state and federal requirements pertaining to dust control and other construction-related activities performed on behalf of the Owner or third-party entities. Water Truck and/or backhoe operation experience is a plus. Physical Requirements/Environmental Demands • Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 50lbs) • Ability to solve problems • Frequently stands, walks, utilizes hands and fingers. • Occasionally sits, climbs, reaches, stoops, kneels, and crouches, crawls or balances. • Regularly lifts objects weighing 25-50 pounds, sometimes more. • Works in areas with moving equipment and mechanical parts. • Regularly uses close, color and distance vision as well as depth perception. • Moderate noise levels. • Works outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions, including cold, rain, heat and humidity. Strong work ethic a must; some experience preferred but not mandatory.
