Landmark Realty, LLC owns and operates Township Apartments in the KC Northland. We are seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the sprawling 600+ unit community. We are looking for a reliable person who enjoys keeping busy, being physically active, and a team player. This is a great opportunity to get in the door of our growing maintenance department and a career in multifamily property management. Daily duties include but not limited to: Walking property to pick up trash Walk property to maintain public safety, report issues to management, remove fallen limbs, replace light bulbs in common areas Sweep sidewalks, halls and common areas Maintain cleanliness of dumpster area Stock pet waste station Snow and ice removal Assist with trash out of vacant units Assist with keeping maintenance shop clean and organized Requirements for this position include: Reliable transportation, to travel around the property Ability to pass a pre-employment background, physical and drug screen
