Flagged but the truth needs heard

You think you’re progressive or “woke”? But when the truth is spoken, you decide to flag the post? YOU decide, as if you are the only voice of reason. You’re part of a dictatorship government that I served my country fighting against. The more you flag this, the better I get at editing the post and the more people see the truth is trying to be silenced. Wisconsin Supreme Court needs to do their duty per Wisconsin statute 757.91. They have a recommendation to remove a judge per the judicial commission. Corrupt judges and courts are destroying the state and the WI Supreme Court fails to do their duty and they do nothing. More important; The new POTUS signs an order that a 7 year old can determine what gender they best define themselves with, even get gender blocker medication. A 7 year old? However, the Wisconsin Supreme Court has never made changes or rulings on majority age or voice in court. So, a 17 year old cannot choose what parent they desire to live with. What absolute illogical sense does this make? Judges, daily, violate Wisconsin statute 767.41 (a statute, by law, they are supposed to look at to consider placement motions of a child), suppress evidence, even disregard it, be abusive, commit acts of unethical conduct and be above the law. Ask a family judge if they can name the 16 stipulations in statute 767.41. Why even have a statute of “best interests of the child” if it’s never considered (at least in Winnebago County it’s never considered). But, a 7 year old can choose their gender? Wisconsin is one of 18 antiquated states that have the age of majority at 18 years of age. Of those 18 states, 17 of them now allow children a voice at 14-16 years old. Yep, Wisconsin is the 1 that doesn’t. So, if you are younger than 18 in Wisconsin, you can choose your gender but you cannot choose the parent to live with. If your being abused, neglected, or verbally and emotionally assaulted-CPS, DCF, and the courts will do nothing for you. (Go to fightercries.org and search Winnebago County embraces child abuse if you don’t believe me). And judges don’t have to follow the law when they make a decision. And they can’t be punished either. The Supreme Court DOES have the power to remove judges that fail in their conduct and fail in their duties, actually are to follow statute 757.91 if the judicial commission recommends suspension. But the Wisconsin Supreme Court has become very good at ruling on nothing of importance (unless it is an election year). And the state Congress? Their job is to review state statutes for the people who elected them. Ask your Congressperson what statute 767.41 stipulates. And then ask them why a 17 year old in Winnebago County is denied the right to live with the parent they choose who is not abusing them? Then ask the Supreme Court-at 18 years old a person is suddenly supposed to make adult decisions but up to that point, they have no rights? Did you know, at 16, with parent approval, they can join the military and die for their country. At 16, they can enter into a marriage. But, a 17 year old cannot choose what parent they wish to live with? Why have a state Supreme Court? Why have state Congress or senate representatives? Millions of taxes pay their salaries but when they’re compelled to act, they are paralyzed from the neck up. And they believe the longer they delay, people will forget or give up and they can “walk away” with their pensions, having done nothing to strengthen the state; the judiciary. And CPS and DCF-“age works against the child” in their capacity to protect them (letter of evidence on file with those words from the Director). At 15-18 years old, youth fall into the Winnebago Gap. But people only March about what lives matter (many times protesting what happens in another state) meanwhile their children are being abused and they say or do nothing. Our taxes pay for these people’s salaries and they neglect their duties. They print posters, “if you seen something, say something”. They even have a national “see something say something” day. My 17 year old daughter spoke up, and DCF and Winnebago Court said, “shut up, you’re a spoiled brat”. Wanting to no longer be abused is considered a spoiled brat in Winnebago county. And courts abuse children’s rights, judges do not follow the law, abuse their duty, and the Supreme Court puts their heads in the sand. The highest court in the state “ducks and covers”. Is that what we should have done in Iraq? We served with honor and freedom. We followed orders and you turn your backs on the people we fought to keep free in our nation. Piece of advice to the elected-even the Ostrich knows their backsides, eventually, are chewed off and they lose in the end (no pun intended). That’s why politicians hate term limits. All comments made in this can be backed with evidence so it’s not conjecture. When questions are asked and politicians want to lie? I have evidence to support-they knew the truth and failed to do their job.
