Singer / instrumentalist needed for original acoustic Americana band

Established all original acoustic Americana band seeks someone who can provide lead and harmony vocals and competently play one or more acoustic instruments. We cover a lot of bases like blues, bluegrass, contemporary folk, piano ballads, etc. If you like Gillian Welch, Nickel Creek, Mark Knopfler, Alison Krauss you’ll fit in. We have skilled players and veterans of the CLE music scene on guitar, piano, cajon, harmonica, and upright bass and a substantial catalog of original material. We have a website, a small following, and debut album was released in 2018 on CD and all the mainstream streaming platforms. We rehearse weekly to polish arrangements and harmonies (there’s lots of two and three part harmonies) so you must be willing to rehearse and enjoy the collaborative process. This is not a band in which you’re going to make a lot of money but we expect the right person will find it musically rewarding. In the past we’ve had a multi-instrumentalist (guitar, mandolin, banjo, flute) who sang but we’re very open to other instruments like accordion or fiddle and will adapt our arrangements accordingly for whatever you play. We have a lot of musical and personal chemistry, no drama or cliques, and hang out together outside of band stuff. Old / young, male/female not important. You must also be fully vaccinated -- no exceptions.
