Will need a French drain - 150 + linear feet 2) The Lawn is uneven - and V Shaped": sod to be cut to about 1 and a half inches. graded and new Sod laid. 3) Weeds on the retaining wall: Fabric /Mulch to be laid 4) Need a Flower/Vegetable bed. 5) One sprinkler head is broken. 6) Wall to be power washed. You must be experienced have at least ONE helper. I need pictures and references for your previous work. Pictures only to my email. Quotation needed with break down for material & labor. Please mention any equipment to be rented from Home Depot or Loews. Visit my place, and give me a clear quotation. Work to be completed by the weekend.
