Private breeding and training farm with 12 horses and 3 foals looking for someone to support our small team handling our horses, cleaning stalls, and helping us with the farm tasks. We do not give lessons, and we do not have traditional boarders. You will be working in a quiet atmosphere. We need the following hours filled: Monday - Afternoon or evening Tuesday - Morning (early or late) and afternoon or evening Wednesday- Afternoon or evening Thursday - Morning ( early or late) and afternoon or evening Friday - Same Saturday- Same Sunday - Same We do have extra work / hours on the farm or with the horses if you are capable - mowing, fencing, advanced grooming / tacking, etc. This is a perfect second job for someone looking to make some extra money or a student - we can work around your hours if needed. We may entertain a partial trade for boarding your own horse - but that would be on a case-by-case basis. Each shift is around 3 hours. We can’t train you how to handle our horses - you must already know horses... so please only reply if you are comfortable leading them to and from the pastures and cleaning their stalls.
