Sea Tow Jacksonville is looking for a licensed boat captain part-time. The position is primarily based at our location in Julington Creek, Florida. Must work 2 weekends per month, in-season holidays and be on call at least 2 days per week. You will provide assistance to disabled boaters in the Jacksonville area, including St. Johns river, and occasionally offshore and intracoastal.
To qualify, you need at least an OUPV captain's license near coastal with a towing endorsement and excellent small boat handling skills. You must be able to be on our random drug testing program. The position also includes some light boat maintenance and office duties including dispatch and basic computer skills while not on the water providing marine assistance to customers.
