Primary Job Function: Apply your technical skills to respond to service calls and HVAC emergencies in the Jacksonville area. Drive to residential customer homes Top Customer Service Experience Troubleshoot and diagnosing/resolving problems Provide options and costs to customers Obtain sale approval and make repairs Ensure that all repairs are accurate, serviceable, and meet safety and regulatory standards and codes. Promote service agreements and offer assistance with financing of service costs.
