Female Dog found on Greenwood

Young female dog found on Greenwood in N. Avondale. Please give a description and breed of dog. I have taken her in and to the vet, she has worms and is being treated and had a broken leg at some point per the vet. She is a very sweet girl and I would think someone is missing her.
