Temporary full time janitorial and general maintenance worker for private community near Laguna Beach. Primary duties include cleaning, groundskeeping, and set up and tear down for events. Duties may also include other indoor and outdoor maintenance and landscaping tasks as needed. Ability to physically perform the duties associated with this position. This may include the ability to continuously, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift frequently. Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds is necessary. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Valid driver's license required. Must have strong work ethic and pass drug test.
