JOB SUMMARY The Janitorial/Maintenance Worker is responsible for conducting indoor and outdoor general maintenance and cleaning procedures.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a minimum of 2 (2) years of maintenance/janitorial experience.
Successfully pass pre-employment screenings and background/reference checks.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to coordinate/manage multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors and customers/clients of all professional levels.
Demonstrate leadership in maintaining high standards of professional behavior for self and staff.
Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, problem solving, creative, and independent thinking.
Demonstrate a commitment to the organizations philosophy of high quality, professionalism and organizational culture.
KNOWLEDGE & CRITICAL SKILLS
Must have a working knowledge of applicable company policies and procedures and must be familiar with, but not limited to:
Knowledge/awareness and application of general maintenance duties and equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts routine general maintenance and cleaning procedures.
Responsible for, including but not limited to, painting, pressure washing, mopping, drywall repairs, stocking shelves, plumbing, light electrical repair and light wood working and janitorial duties.
Responsible for maintaining equipment in good working order.
Assists with other assigned projects.
Non-essential duties include other job related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Variable combination of outdoor and indoor environments while performing maintenance duties.
