Apartment Complex is looking for experienced maintenance technician. To preform overall maintenance of the apartment complex and assist in all areas related to the day‐to‐day maintenance operations of the community. Essential duties include but are not limited to *Turn-over units to make them move in ready while meeting required deadlines *Minor electrical duties; such as changing receptacles/light fixtures *Minor remodeling of bathroom or/and kitchens *removing/replacing/repairing drywall *Flooring *Plumbing Requirements: Must have basic tools and reliable transportation Knowledge of basic apartment maintenance Be willing to be in the rotation for on-call emergencies **Looking for a team player ------------------- No phone calls please Applications can be picked up and returned to 5723 Richwood St #58 Lansing, MI 48911 Monday thru Friday 9 to 5 Resumes can be dropped off or sent via email at the above reply link
