Growing apartment complex is looking for reliable groundskeeper. All duties included but are not limited to: *Picking up trash around the property *Breaking up furniture *Weed removal & trimming bushes *Demo/Clean out Units/Evictions *Shoveling/Snow blowing/Spreading Salt *Basic maintenance knowledge not required but helpful Applicant must be a team player willing to help Maintenance as needed. Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
