Please help me clean up my house and 5 acres!

I have a horse ranch (no horses yet) and I need to get it cleaned up quickly. I also need someone to help me with the inside. I have a lot of cr_p and I need to organize it all. I have a pool room that also needs a lot of work. So I am hiring 3 people. Some heavy lifting (less than 50 lbs) required. I also have dogs, puppies and chickens that may need tending to so please be comfortable around animals. You must be good at supervising yourself as I will give you a general area to work on and you see what needs to be done. 3 days 8 hours each day. Pay is minimum wage (for me employing less than 25 people the minimum is $13/hr) but I pay cash daily. If you have a truck and/or trailer to run loads to the dump I will pay extra for that plus the dump fees and gas. If you have landscaping skills that would be much appreciated. The ranch is located west of Warren Rd. near Esplanade in Hemet. These are going to be your questions: How much does it pay? $13.00 per hour How many hours will I work each day? 8 What time will I start work? 9 am Will I get lunch break? Of course, 30 min (on the clock) plus I will buy lunch Do I need to bring anything? Yes photo ID and gloves if you have them (also wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty) Where is the job located?
