Hi my name is Elijah and I have a few projects I need done. If anyone can do the following work please text or call me. 1. Home room addition, looking for a contractor or anyone that knows how to build a room addition for my home according to city code. Will be needing a permit as well, I can get a permit myself if needed. Room size not determined yet but somewhere around 12x12 or 15x15. 2. Outdoor electrical work, need 2 light fixtures installed outside. I have the lights but need cable to be ran. Also have 2 separate lights outside that need to be fixed and cleaned. Last guy did a bad job and didn't finish the work. 3. Someone to Uninstall a wood shed, transport and install it at new location. Wood she is about 10x12 Pickup and uninstall location is in Sun City, drop off and install location is in Riverside, CA 4. Gardner, lawn mover services, front yard only. Yard is a pretty big area and 3 different sections in the yard. One section is about 30x30, 2nd section about the same amount and 3rd section about 12x20 Looking for a monthly service twice a month. 5.
