Get in on the ground floor of an innovative, eco-pioneering yoga product company! This PT position with room for growth, will be responsible for everything shipping. You will be responsible to keep orders running. About Yogo: we are a growing, sustainable yoga props company, with recent features in Backpacker Mag, CNET, Yoga Journal, Conde Nast, CNET, Gear Junkie, etc. www.yogo.net This important role supports orders with physical pick and pack in the warehouse. We are looking for a candidate with a successful track record of accurate order pick and pack. They should be excited to bring their hard work, high-accuracy, and warehouse experience to this position with a cool flexible team. This part-time employee position is envisioned for 10-15 hours per week with room for growth as we grow. It could be a great growth opportunity with upward mobility in the ecommerce space! Location: The duties are performed at our warehouse in Sparks, NV. We have team meetings a few times a week by video or sometimes around town. The candidate must live in the Reno-Sparks metro area and have reliable transportation for this position. Scope: Warehouse duties: we have a small warehouse in Sparks with an office and storage/pick pack areas. • Spend 3 days per week on location (appx 9am to appx 11-12 pm) • Fulfillment: Responsible for all timely and accurate pick and pack and shipping. • Reports directly to Store Assistant and should work as a team • Occasional re-stacking and re-organizing of warehouse. Occasionally lift boxes up to 35 lbs overhead. Occasionally use pallet jack to move pallets. Occasionally pack wrap and prepare pallets for shipping out. • Keep warehouse tidy and neat. There is a small amount of cleaning, take out the recycling/ trash etc. We are small so this is infrequent. • Take packages out for delivery as-needed (if courier does not come) • Do occasional local pickups for supplies or occasionally merchandise delivery • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards. • Casual dress code. Required Experience: • Track record of success in physical work environments. • Extensive experience pick and packing and shipping with proven and accurate track record Bonus Experience • Higher level experience in shipping optimization • Has worked for an Ecommerce store • Ability to start ASAP!
