Surge pay opportunities, referral bonus, and 120 hours for $120 dollars bonus! Job description: As a team lead you support the nightshift Supervisor. This includes, but is not limited to: maintain lines, adhere to health and safety protocols set by our client, spot checks of sorted boxes, and work with employees to ensure proper dismantling and sorting of product. Be able to hold employees in the department accountable. Alert the Supervisor to any disciplinary action that may be necessary. Must have good attendance, good reading/writing skills, good verbal communication skills, and meet deadlines. Having the ability to carry 50 pounds, bend, stoop walk, reach overhead, push/pull, squat, twist, and turn without adverse physical injury is mandatory. Always be professional and maintain a positive attitude; as a leader it is up to us to set the example. Required to do an absentee report for the Assemblix employees on the night shift. Notify Assemblix On-site staff of attendance occurrences, behavior issues, injuries of Assemblix employees, record if new starts arrive, and anything that is noteworthy that occurred during the shift; for example: a fire drill occurrence. Not required to discipline or terminate Assemblix employees. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • 2-4 years of warehouse work or other relevant work required • Computer literate / Use email proficiently • Good communication skills • 1-2 years of Leadership or Supervisor experience preferred
