Staff Management SMX is immediately hiring Warehouse Production Associates to work at our client, Skjodt-Barrett, manufacturing facility processing packaged food items. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with fantastic growth potential! You will receive up to $15.40/hr and get paid weekly! Overtime is available but not mandatory. Pick the shift that works best with your schedule: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift! Referral bonus available - Up to $200! Job Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: Orient, flatten and sort finished pouches. Count pouches to be ready for packaging into display cartons. Open shipping cases, insert display cartons and tape shut. Assist with palletizing as requested. Communicate with team leader regarding quality or operations. Issues that need attention. No Experience Necessary. Can read, write, and speak in English or Spanish. Proficient at basic addition or subtraction. Steel toe boots or shoes required.
