The Delivery Driver is accountable for the delivery of products to assigned locations in an effective and timely manner. Provides an excellent customer service observing a professional etiquette. -Handles product safely -Places product in designated storage area safely. -Prepares and loads the delivery truck. -Unload and safely place product in customer’s homes. -Comply with all store policies and procedures -Removes all packaging materials from the location -Communicates and documents customer’s concerns to Warehouse Support -Communicates credit, damage and essential information to Customer Service Department. -Complete shipping/ receiving paperwork if necessary -Maintains clean and organized warehouse area -Maintains a clean and orderly work area including company truck -Maintains a professional image -Ensures that the vehicle unit receives timely vehicle inspection, routine maintenance and fueling of vehicle. -Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
