This position supports company operations, at all locations, through building maintenance and/or cleaning duties, as well as assist manager, as needed, with new store openings, acquisitions and location maintenance. Primary responsibility is to insure Kennelwood Pet Resorts locations are safe and ready for daily operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for performing multiple repair and maintenance tasks throughout the day, which could include, but is not limited to: carpentry work, electrical, plumbing, painting, general facility repairs. Install drywall, tape, mud, and paint independently. Complete light framing as needed. Complete general plumbing repairs such as repairing leaking faucets, toilets, etc. Keep KPR properties clean and in good condition Use work orders to track department assignments and progress. Follow planned maintenance schedule as directed Use detailed job list to complete and track status of job assignments. Conduct regular site inspections Make minor repairs to business equipment (tables, desks, etc.) as directed Work with other Site Service Department representatives to meet deadlines and/or complete assigned task. Perform light maintenance at KPR locations such as checking and repairing lighting i>needs, repairing dryer motors/brushes, etc. Assisting in group projects as directed.
