Growing Construction Company looking for tradesmen of all skill levels to start immediately. Real Deal Construction is looking to hire new and veteran framers. With multiple projects underway we have a position for all skill levels. What you can expect from us... Veteran Framers: ($18-$25/hr) Employees need opportunity for growth, because of this Real Deal Construction is less concerned with hierarchy and more concerned with productivity. Our company structure is set up in such a way that rewards our most motivated employees financially while at the same time streamlining a path towards independence and responsibility. If you're looking to step into a "Crew Lead" position, we're here to help! New Framers: ($15-$18/hr) Together we share success. Real Deal Construction is committed to supporting the growth of our less experienced framers. We understand the difficulty and pressure of starting a new career and because of this our training program far exceeds industry standard. All Framers: This is not your typical framing job. We offer monthly performance bonuses! Pay does depend on position and experience, however, most framers make anywhere from $500 - $1000 a week.
