Please Email Resume Quality driven General Contractor has openings for experienced commercial construction Superintendents. Candidates must have experience in all aspects of commercial construction. Included but not limited to site work, underground, commercial building construction, restaurant construction, buildout, and Multi Family. The ability to read and interpret plans, both civil and building, shop drawings, specifications, and supplemental documentation are a requirement. Candidates must be computer literate and able to complete daily tasks. Tasks include scheduling, daily reporting, developing and conducting meetings, safety reporting, and additional tasks as required. Additionally, must be able to maintain OSHA standards, SWPPP measures, and our high cleanliness requirements. Successful Candidates will need to possess high self-motivation, great communication skills in both person and computer, professional appearance and a positive attitude. Required experience, attitude and skills: -Five plus years verifiable successful experience as a commercial superintendent, as the lead, on projects from 1 million to 7.5 million dollars. -Computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Primavera products, and Raken. Be willing to learn and be trained on new systems as needed. -Submit all paperwork in a timely manor. Including weekly schedules, meeting agendas and minutes, safety inspections, Progress meeting agendas, phasing plans, and participate in master schedule updates. -Ability to look ahead and preplan work months in advance for the project. -Ability to direct, inspect, and ensure compliance to construction plans, specifications, and code. -Be able to understand and maintain budget by proactive actions and planning work accordingly. -Maintain a set schedule for production and finish jobs strongly. -Willingness to work as a team member with others for a winning outcome. -Be the “face” of the company with our Owners, Inspectors, and others involved in the construction process. -- -Be a great diplomat with our Subcontractors and vendors. -Be willing to lead the Subcontractors from the front. Guide, mentor and shepherd the Subcontractors to a win-win for each division of the work. -Conduct yourself with integrity and honor in everything you do. About us. We are a family Company.
