Duties include but limited to: - Supervise all maintenance/grounds personnel needs - Electrical, plumbing, replacing light bulbs etc - Preform inspections - Purchase Supplies - Rent collections - Ground maintenance - Administrative assistance - On call 24/7 - MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK!!!
