Immediate Hire We are a local family-owned real estate development and construction firm located in Edmond. We are currently working on a warehouse industrial park in Edmond and we are looking for a full-time or part-time person to join our team. The position will start as a 1099 contractor with Hourly pay and we pay weekly. Your job will vary day to day depending on our needs, so you will need to be flexible. You will also have the opportunity to grow and learn the business side of property management. Must be responsible, hard-working, and able to work outdoors. Our ideal candidate is a "jack of all trades" Preferred Skills and Experience: • Masonry • Fencing - Chainlink and Iron • Mowing - Riding mower, Push mower, Weed Eater, Edger • Metal and Wood Framing • Sheetrock - Tape, Mud, Texture • Interior and Exterior Painting - Hand Paint, Spray Paint • Carpentry: Baseboards, casing, interior doors, etc. • Trenching • Ability to use all power tools • Some computer skills will be helpful Requirements: • Must have a valid DL • Must have reliable transportation and a vehicle with a trailer hitch Compensation/Benefits: • Competitive compensation $15-$20/hour based on experience • Regular Performance Bonuses Please TEXT your name and someone will return your message within 24 hours We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on age, race, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender or religion.
