Able to manage hardscape construction installations from start to finish. Must be able to coordinate with our team, conduct site visits to evaluate and plot design, perform appropriate field measurements, direct and work with the installation team. Requirements: Experience in the landscape industry Experience with plot measurements, leveling, and grading Knowledge of hardscape construction materials Knowledge of perennial and annual plant material, trees, and shrubs Experience with nightscape lighting and water features Knowledge of town codes and attaining proper construction/building permits Excellent customer relation skills. Driver’s license CAD design experience a plus Salary based on experience from $50,000-$70,000+ About Mountain Pine LLC landscape: We are a small, high-end landscape design and install company servicing Passaic, NJ and NY’s Orange/Rockland/Sullivan Counties. We primarily cater to residential clientele who are seeking property and garden transformation with all-inclusive installation. We do not mow lawns and only provide project design and maintenance services to gardens we install.
