Part-time handyman/general maintenance

Seeking a part time employee for the maintenance and upkeep of our Spa, which includes the maintenance of our bamboo garden and two hot tubs. This position includes, but is not limited to: general grounds keeping, snow/ice/leaf removal, sweeping, leaf blowing, and removal/breakdown of trash/recycling. This position also entails the daily general upkeep of two saltwater hot tubs. Duties for the tubs include the following: • Vacuuming/Skimming/Cleaning the tubs • Testing the tubs each morning • Ensuring chemical levels are up to code – adjusting PH/chlorine levels as needed • Documenting chemical levels • Draining & filling the tubs weekly • Cleaning and replacing the filters in each tub Previous hot/tub pool experience is preferred, but not necessary. We will train the right person. This is a part time position for the following hours: Monday - Saturday 6AM - 10AM Days/hours can be flexible, however the hot tubs and garden need to be up and running each morning by 10AM.
