Adara Communities is looking for an experienced Apartment Make Ready/Punch Tech Specialist to "turn" recently vacated apartments homes into apartment homes ready for occupancy for our 7100 Almeda property in Houston, TX. If you enjoy working with tools, remodeling and have an eye for detail, this position is for YOU!! General Job Duties *Ensure that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "market ready” status in a timely manner *Change bulbs, replace bad lights, plugs, switches, etc. *Check locks and keys, re-key if necessary.
