New England Aquatic Services LLC specializes in Diver Assisted Suction Harvesting, Suction Dredging, aeration, and general pond maintenance. We are looking to fill a position for a diver/employee. No Experience Necessary. We have both full time-year round positions and seasonal positions available. Seasonal positions are great for co;lege students. We specialize in Diver Assisted Suction Harvesting which is a method for removing aquatic plant species from ponds and lakes. The diver goes to the bottom and removes the plants at the roots by hand and sends them to the surface by a 4 inch suction hose. We provide dive training so no experience is necessary. Requirements: -You must be comfortable in water -Be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs over your head -There is some required overnight travel to work on non-local jobs for which availability is necessary - Must be 18 or older -Willing to get dirty Pay is $18-$23/h depending on prior work experience and skills. Desirable experience -mechanical experience and skills -diving experience -landscape crew -management experience -herbicide applicators license
