Description

This job requires seasonal care of the grounds of The Cubit, a mixed-use building. Duties are: planting, weeding, watering, pruning, and occasional mulching. Care of approximately 220 perennials and grasses, 40 shrubs, 8 young trees, 250 square feet of annuals, 10 assorted pots. Spring and Fall clean-up. A basic knowledge of plants is helpful. Adults only with your own transportation and basic tools. You will be working part-time as an independent contractor creating your own schedule, mostly unsupervised. Payment is by check. You will be receiving a 1099.
