Outside Lamp - Moved

I am looking for someone that has experience with installing outdoor lighting posts. We had a light post put in and would like to move the location. The lamp is basically a sleeve over a wood post cemented into the ground. This will be moved to another area where electrical is located. I would also like the electric hooked up as well (low voltage). If you are interested, please respond with your experience and amount you would charge. Thank You
