Full Job Description HVAC Residential & Light Commercial Installation Technicians HVAC Experienced Installation/Helper - Residential and Light Commercial Job Title: HVAC Installation/Helper Technician Typical Work Hours: Typical hours 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours as necessary, including weekends, during peak periods. Primary Job Functions: Complete the installation and start up of all residential/commercial HVAC systems ensuring they are installed properly according to company standards, local code and manufacture specs. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Based on experience per year- 40 hours guaranteed plus OT Benefits: • Paid time off • Referral program • Paid OT Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Overtime Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay
