Painting Supervisor needed (No Painting, just Customer Service): CertaPro Painters is one of Massachusetts' premier painting contractors and we strive to provide top notch customer service. We have built a culture in our company of honesty, integrity and service. We are a fast growing, high volume painting contractor that needs a supervisor to perform the following job for us: [ ] NO painting needed, but painting experience is helpful. [ ] Drive to our job sites around the South Shore and check our jobs daily. [ ] Work with customers to make sure they are satisfied. [ ] Perform safety check on the job site. [ ] Take pictures of the job site and the project being painted. [ ] Report back to office with when crew will be ready for their next job so crews are kept busy with back-to-back jobs. [ ] Accountability is important - you must be honest and decent and deliver what you promise. [ ] Ability to coach painters nicely - we are all on the same team. [ ] Ability to work with customers in an easygoing manner - even when they point out issues on a project. This is a great job for anyone wanting to "put down the paint brush" but still stay in the painting industry. Here's what we offer: $22-25/hourly pay - depending on experience Company vehicle with all insurance and gas paid for (pick up the vehicle each day at the office).
