I run a small property management company and am looking for a handyman who can do various service calls for me as needed. Larger jobs will present themselves time to time. Right now we have a couple vacancies to turnover.
We do multiple calls per week so expect a fair rate for simple service calls. Bigger jobs the pay will be on a fair daily rate and not per job. I can keep you busy if you are good at completing tasks.
W9 will be required once amount of payouts is over $600 on the year. I am looking to hire a full-time maintenance guy on salary.
