Work as a Framer for North Idaho's Best Residential Home Builder! Location: Projects are currently in Rathdrum, Athol, Hauser and CDA Our framing crew rotates to the next house after framing is completed. We build all year round. This is a great full-time reliable job. We are seeking reliable employees. ***Pay Includes Great Benefits Package***Hourly wage to be discussed at interview*** As a framer with Timbered Ridge Homes, you would report to the job-site to a Lead, and work with a crew full-time, mainly Monday -Friday 7am - 3:30pm, and depending. You build residential and usually single-family homes or duplexes. We need qualified applicants with at least one-year minimum experience in stick framing, rolling trusses and sheathing roofs. We seek optimistic framers that can follow directions given and learn the Timbered Ridge framing process. You must be confident in your skills and abilities in order to grow with our company. Skills Required: • Basic math skills. • Measuring and planning. • Ability to lift/carry heavy pieces of material or structures. • Use of nail gun, saws and other power tools • Use of various hand tools Education / Qualifications • High school diploma or GED preferred • Good carpentry skills - to be proven on the job Additional requirements • Your own nail bag • Basic hand tools • Construction boots • Follow safety program & wear appropriate PPE • Your own reliable transportation to and from job sites (rural areas) ***A sweet compensation package includes: Holiday pay, Accrued Paid Time Off, Company Offered Group Insurance; Medical, Dental, Vision, a 401-k match!
